Monthly Recurring Revenue Increases by +30% To $5,006
Our MRR climbed to $5,006, thanks to 10 new customers in October. Two customers have cancelled their subscription. That is a third less than in the previous month.
Costs Reduced, on the Way To Profitability
Our costs decreased by -15 % to $8,372. The main reason is lower investment in online advertising.
Because our revenue increased at the same time, our monthly loss fell by -44% to “only” -$3,366. If this development continues, we could reach the black zero by the end of the year.
30% Faster Email Sending With Friendly Automate
In October we improved our infrastructure to increase the speed of email sending in Friendly Automate. This is particularly noticeable when sending large volumes of tens of thousands of emails or more.
Thanks to the optimization we now send emails 30% faster than before. In addition, we now update segments (filters) and workflows every 30 seconds instead of every minute as before.
By the way, we also sent significantly more emails for our customers in October than ever before: 303,208 emails sent corresponds to an increase of 227% compared to the previous month!
