Friendly Automate Published

Less than a month after Friendly Analytics, I shipped my second product, Friendly Automate. Why two products in such a short time?

On the one hand, the need for a privacy-friendly Google Analytics alternative such as Friendly Analytics was less than expected.

Despite much approval and compliments, I had not yet acquired any paying customers.

On the other hand, it became increasingly clear to me how great the potential of marketing automation is, and the room for improvement.

In contrast to Friendly Analytics, I first published Friendly Automate to my personal network and in the newsletter of Wortspiel.

This allowed me to collect and implement feedback before the launch on the big platforms like ProductHunt.

However, even the “small” launch was a complete success. The day ended with a first trial with a credit card on file and two appointments for demos.
